(More customer reviews)I bought these because of the price and the Brookstone name mostly. I had them 1 day and returned them. The customer service was great and it was a painless quick refund. My main reason for not liking them were comfort. My ears still hurt after wearing them last night. The sound quality was mediocre at best. The bass was very distorted. I am not an audiophile but I know good sound when I hear it. The cost should have been a red flag but I purchased them more on impulse as I was in the store and had them in hand. Probably will be ordering Sennheiser today.
