(More customer reviews)I bought this product through another online retailer (icraveit.com) at a deep discount. I was hoping to use it outside in the summertime. Since it was winter, I tested it for a couple of minutes then put it away. A few months later, I brought it out while doing a house project. It worked fine...for just a couple of minutes. Then the speaker cut out and turned off. I turned it back on and tried again. It barely got through a song then shut off. I let everything cool down and tried it the next day. Same thing.
I contacted Rocketfish and they recited the manual to me. None of that worked. They told me I'd have to go to the retailer for warranty service. The retailer admitted the product sounded defective but said my warranty service was expired -- three months into a one year warranty? -- and I should contact the manufacturer.
So, now I'm stuck with a useless warranty, a clueless retailer and an unhelpful manufacturer.
