I bought these wireless headphones a very long time ago if I would have to guess I would say maybe like 4 years ago. With that said they still work very well and I haven't had any problems with it at all. Not only that but I'm still using the SAME rechargeable batteries I put in it on the same day of the purchase. I bought these straight from the RadioShack store but back then they cost me about 63 dollars with a 3 year warranty. One of the negative things I would have to say about this product is probably the ear muffs, they kept falling off on me but that as probably from me dropping them and breaking the little clips that keep them on. I easily fixed that by just super gluing them on permanently. These headphones are very sturdy I have dropped them so many times they are all scratched up and when you shake them you can hear little fragments shaking about but they still work just fine. Another reviewer said he gets a lot of hiss when the headphones are on stand by but I haven't really came across that problem I do get occasional cut offs but that's rare. The range I get from these headphones are amazing I think it advertises it self as giving you about 150 feet of wireless range and I think it's about right I sometimes keep them on while I go outside and it works pretty good. I got these headphones especially for it's wireless capability's I had some black wired Radioshack brand headphones which were real good but I kept breaking them due to stepping on the wire cable so this was perfect for me. I don't know what it is but maybe due to so much use now I feel like the padding from the ear muffs don't give me much cushion my ears hurt after a while of wearing them but then again I've had them for SO LONG! As far as sound quality I mean I'm not an audiophile but I do make music and record with these headphones and the sound is exceptional. I can't say that they sound bad or too good either but they sound good enough to serve you as headphones I mean I don't know what else I could have asked for. I want to get some new ones that have more comfortable ear pads but that's the only reason I would even think of getting rid of my existing headphones. Anybody who is looking to buy some wireless headphones trust me get these the setup is super easy, the recharge feature with some good rechargeable batteries is definitely worth it.
