2.4GHz Digital Wireless Baby Video Monitor System With Night Vision -- 2.4 Color LCD Screen (Two-way Radio communication)

I was searching for a good video baby monitor for weeks. I had an audio-only baby monitor, but it's a pity I could not see the condition of my son, e.g. his sleeping position, whether the blanket is in place, etc. Unfortunately, most video baby monitors are either analog (interference) or without the talk-back feature. My old audio-only monitor is analog and it has quite a bit of interference, but it has a good feature: two-way radio for talking back to the child -- a feature that I feel very important.
This 2.4GHz Digital Wireless Baby Monitor System with Night Vision meets all my expectations, at a very affordable price comparatively. It works immediately out-of-the-box, no interference, clear audio and video, good night vision, and I can talk back to my son. The voice activated alarm and video works pretty well. Only one small complaint: it wakes up from sleep mode and turns on the video/audio for only a brief moment (like 5 seconds) which is too short, it would have been better if the duration is like 30 seconds or configurable; but it's not a big deal - I can always turn off the sleep mode immediately with a touch of a button.
I highly recommend this baby monitor.

This cable made a major improvement in signal strength. Better than my old rg6.

Ultra Low Loss Cable is designed to transmit the maximum signal to your antennas. 1/2 inch LMR-400 cable meets Military Specifications with silver foil and silver coated copper conductors for less signal loss in runs up to 200 feet.. In this high quality cable, the dimensions and spacing of the conductors are uniform. Any abrupt change in the spacing of the two conductors along the cable tends to reflect radio frequency power back toward the source, causing a condition called standing waves, reducing the amount and quality of the transmitted power. To hold the shield at a uniform distance from the central conductor, the space between the two is filled with a dielectric designed to maintain the proper spacing between conductor and shielding to assure maximum signal transmission and lowest loss. You should allow three inches of cable to make a 90 degree turn in your runs without causing signal loss. The connectors used with the coax must also hold the correct spacing through the body of the connector to avoid signal loss. The transmission of energy in the line occurs totally through the dielectric inside the cable between the conductors. This shielded cable can be bent and moderately twisted without negative effects, and can be strapped to conductive supports without inducing signal interference.

Audiovox SIR-PNP2 Sirius Satellite Radio Receiver Review

Audiovox SIR-PNP2 Sirius Satellite Radio Receiver
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Sirius satellite should be considered a great complement to your audio system, whether in home or car. It should not be considered an end all to music selection. It will not replace CDs, mp3s or typical over the air radio. Once this expectation is established, it's good to see Sirius as a decent addition to those who love music.
First off, how much does it cost? You'll need a receiver, then a docking system for the home or office. Then there is a setup fee. So you're looking at a little under $200 to get started. Quite a huge investment for just checking out a new type of radio. I would advise getting Sirius professional installed in your car, unless you don't mind wire flaying around when you drive while looking at a tacking do it yourself setup. Also, if you want both home and office, you'll have to buy a boombox. This can run to about $350 total. Quite pricey, especially when it doesn't include any monthly fees.
Secondly, how about the reception? It's surprisingly well in my car, but does suffer some dark spots when you go under a tunnel or when travelling through a tree line street. However, I was unable to get any signal in neither my home nor my office, so don't automatically assume that it will work at your home. The only consolation is that if you sign up for Sirius, you get monthly web access.
Thirdly, how about the playlist? The best way to describe Sirius's playlist is probably a lot breadth, but not quite a lot of depth. For music, unless you love every type of music available, you'll actually only have about 10 music stations to listen to. For example, all Classical, Latin, Electronic, Jazz, Children and Love stations are absolutely useless to me as this not my type of music. In terms of sports, it's got the NFL, NBA, and if ever, NHL. The best game for radio, baseball, is with XM satellite, which is a huge bummer. Many of the news stations and entertainment stations are just audio replays of audio stations, so it's got commercials and aren't altogether suited for radio. For example, you'll hear, "take a look at this replay". Well, I can't look, it's radio. All in all, the talk and music is the equivalent of doubling the FM and AM radio stations of a big city. You'll still listen to your normal stations, but the number of stations will be expanded.
Fourthly, how about the receiver itself? It's pretty good. The display is huge. You get to see the band or song name before switching to a different station. I love that. It can store 20 songs, which, when one of the songs comes up, the receiver will beep and give you the option of changing to that station. The only small problems were that sometimes the stored songs didn't come up, and the turn wheel will lacks a grip, which is annoying when driving.
Fifthly, what were some of the major problems of Satellite radio? Besides the high cost for the equipment, the fact that they charge an activation fee was annoying. I'm willing to pay a monthly fee, do I need to add another fee to that? Secondly, the nickel and diming continues with the fact that the receiver contains no basic antenna nor power supply. You must buy a docking kit no matter what. I bought a car docking kit, but it only had a power supply for the cigarette lighter, which meant that all setup has to be done outdoors, in the car, with the car running. I couldn't even test it to see if it would work indoors, so I had to buy a boombox to test, only to find out it didn't work, and then return the boombox. A cheap home AC/DC power supply included in the docking kit would have saved me hours without costing me fifty dollars for the other docking system. Also, the customer service is not that great. The people on phone are nice, but you have to endure the navigation system along with a large self-serving tirade about how well Sirius radio is before you can get to the menu. In order to get stream player access, you have to e-mail them for the password, but no one bothered to reply to my e-mail, so I had to call them again. When the company won't give you the password for the free web access, and won't reply when you follow the website instructions, it gets annoying. Another thing is the repetitiveness and limiting factors of the playlist. Some of the bands I'm interested in, Carbon Leaf, the Streets, Perfect Circle, Tool - groups that I thought should appear for paid radio, are not really there. However, Ashlee Simpson, Maroon 5 and Leonard Skynard are pretty much on 24/7. Not quite the original playlists I was hoping to get.
Finally, what were some of the things that surprised me? First off, it's still cool. To be free of Clear Channel's chokehold on music radio is great. The web access is free. XM charges you about four dollars a month, making it more expensive monthly if you use web access. If you get Dish Network, the music stations are there already to listen through over your television. If you don't get Dish Network, you can get a free preview via the web for three days. Nice. Finally, I've become acquainted with many bands that I would not have known or just barely remember. It's nice to hear Traffic, Public Enemy, Guns and Roses, Flogging Molly, N.W.A., etc.
So, all in all, it's a nice complement, but it's no magic musical panacea.
Pros:
Song preview
20 Memory Storage
Large display
Free online access after signing up
Free 3-day online preview
Cons:
Nickel and diming
Very repetitive song list
Entertainment and News is Just a Replay of Television
Customer Service is lacking
Signal cannot be received in many places.
Minimum Setup Cost ~ 200 dollars
Optimal Setup Cost ~ 350 dollars
Monthly Cost ~ 13 dollars

I have these set up in my apartment where the base is plugged into my receiver in the living room and then I have one speaker mounted in the bathroom and the other in the bedroom so I can listen to my morning show no matter where I am without having to turn up my surround sound system and annoying my neighbors. The speaker come with their own AC adapters or you can use 4 D batteries and make them truly wireless. They each have their own power and volume buttons, so you can play one and not the other if you want. Very cool.

Samsung YP-K3JQR K3 2 GB Slim Portable Media Player (Red) Review

Samsung YP-K3JQR K3 2 GB Slim Portable Media Player (Red)

Well, here's Samsung's answer to the ipod nano, and it's a beauty. Yes, this is the RED Samsung K3 2GB mp3 player with built-in FM tuner. The unit is sleek, stylish, easy to use, and it offers EXCELLENT sound. The earbuds provided sound as good as my Sennheiser earbuds, unexpected performance for pack-ins. Though I haven't filled the K3's memory to capacity, it would appear to hold around thirty albums or 500 songs at the standard 128bit sound quality. There are a number of EQ settings designed for different types of music, but you can also set up your own custom setting using the built-in seven-band equalizer. FM performance is excellent as well, with adjustable sensitivity. The little color screen works great as a GUI but washes out in sunlight and doesn't do the greatest justice to your photos. This unit excels at playing music, not displaying photos. Beyond that, battery life is claimed to be 25 hours. I have been using the K3 with the Belkin mp3 armband designed for nanos and K3's, and it's very unobtrusive and comfortable to wear. For someone who grew up in an era of portable battery-powered record players accompanied by a stack of worn 45's, this is an amazing device!

Featuring a bright, 1.8-inch full-color OLED display, the Samsung K3 is an ultra-thin 2 GB subscription-enabled MP3 player. Instead of being limited to one equalizer mode, the K3 has five EQ modes so that your music plays the way you want to hear it.
Keeping up with the Samsung media players of the past, Samsung includes above-average headphones with the K3, so you'll be able to enjoy your favorite music files with high-quality resonance right out of the box. These bass-boosting earphones fit comfortably in your ear and substantially limit extraneous noise for an improved listening experience. With an easy-to-browse picture menu, photo-viewing capabilities, and a built-in FM tuner, the K3 truly stands out among other Flash-drive-based MP3 players.
The K3 supports MP3, WMA, and DRM-Janus audio files and JPEG photo files. The player's Li-Poly battery supports up to 20 hours of continuous audio playback. For added convenience, the battery recharges every time the player is linked to a live USB connection. And with its speedy USB 2.0 connectivity, transferring audio and picture files to the device is a snap. Compatible with Windows XP and later operating systems, the K3 measures 3.78 x 1.73 x 0.27 inches and weighs just 1.76 ounces.

Boyo VTC461R Rear-view System Wireless rear-view camera and 6" color mirror monitor Review

Boyo VTC461R Rear-view System Wireless rear-view camera and 6 color mirror monitor
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I recently bought an expensive system to adapt the built-in nav system on one of my cars so that it would display the picture from a rear-view camera. I really liked the results, as did my wife, but that was a $500 adventure with no labor cost.
So when I thought about adding a rear view camera to an older mini-van which lacked a nav screen I was distressed to find that I might be looking at $1000 or more to install a good size screen.
So I tried a cheaper solution: a "wireless system" with a 3.5" screen, which cost about $100. Really a disappointing result, as the picture was way too small, and was dim and the "wireless" aspect didn't work reliably.
[You need to understand that "wireless" means no cable between the camera and the screen. There's still a lot of wiring to be done: the camera needs to be wired to 12v, to ground and to the back-up lights. And you need to run power to the screen. All you really get to skip is running the cable from the back to the dashboard area, a considerable labor savings, but at a big sacrifice in quality and reliability.]
Also the field of view of the cheaper system was much smaller than the one on my other car.
So I kept looking and this Boyo system had some good comments so I took a chance on it. My overall rating is that it's a good mid-point between the $100 system and something MUCH more expensive.
Pros:
Big screen.
Mounts over rear view mirror so the placement is much better than on the dash or on a visor.
A BIG surprise: the kit includes the ability to install as either wired or "wireless", which is not mentioned in the product description. (I did the wired version.)
Works well in low light.
Good field of view (pointed so you can see edge of bumper, it also shows to a distance of 12 feet.)
Sturdy camera enclosure, with adjustable camera angle.
Provides for a second video input.
Cons:
Like most LCD's, somewhat dim during day, especially if you're wearing polarized sunglasses.
Quite grainy in very low light situations.
This unit functions as the rear view mirror when the car is not in reverse, and it's darker/dimmer than the stock mirror.
The display is about one inch thick and fairly heavy, and it vibrates a little as a result, which further degrades its performance as a rear view mirror.
So it's not as good as an OEM unit, and the normal rear view mirror function is degraded (which may be a deal-breaker for you) but it performs MUCH better than anything I've seen in this price range.

Wi-Fi USB Super Antenna Review

Wi-Fi USB Super Antenna
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I live on the edge of a privately hosted, but publically available WIFI network. With my native laptop wireless, I could pick up signal outside my apartment or if I held my laptop up to my air conditioner (no window on that wall). Needless to say, I knew there had to be another option other than hanging a shelf onto my a/c and standing on a chair to receive the signal. I hung this antenna inside my a/c box, ran the cable through the a/c and VOILA, free wireless access in my apartment! It works.
Unfortunately, it is only compatible with certain mac OS versions and it is not stable. If my computer goes to sleep, the program freezes. Sometimes "Force Quit" works, sometimes it doesn't. If I force quit, I usually have to restart my computer to get the program working again. If I unplug the cable without quitting the utility program, my MAC crashes. IF i restart the computer without unplugging the cable, I can't even access the utility program to get it started.
So, if you're willing to dance the right dance, this is a great option for internet access, but I do wish they would fix their software/driver program to play better with Mac OS.

Cisco-Linksys PLK200 Powerline AV Ethernet Adapter Kit Review

Cisco-Linksys PLK200 Powerline AV Ethernet Adapter Kit
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I got this because my wireless quality has been declining steadily over time. I live in a large aparment building in New York City and as more and more of my neighbors get wireless devices my signal quality has been dropping. I stream music wirelessly using Apple AirPort and the quality became so poor that I could not listen anymore. Not wanting to run cables all over my apartment I thought I'd give this a try - but buy from Amazon since they have a good return policy in case it did not work.
I just plugged it in and it worked! Simple as that. If you have monkeyed around with wireless you'll appreciate that there is basically nothing else to this. And it is fast! I can now play my ripped music from my PC to my stereo with excellent quality - better than I ever got with wireless. Luckliy the AirPort can stream music using a LAN cable in addition to wireless.
The only hitch that I can think of maybe the wiring in your house/apartment. I was worried about mine living in a aparment building that the circuits may not be linked, but they were. I had no problems plugging in other rooms with different circuit breakers - since they are all on the same control panel. I guess it is possible that this is not always the case - depending on how your house is wired. For example, if you have combined two apartments they could be separate. But if they are then it does not get any easier or much faster than this.
Only downside is the very high price - it is way more expensive than wireless. You can buy a good wireless router for less than $50 and if you have a laptop you are done. This option costs MUCH more than that. For me it was preferable to running unsightly network cables throughout my apartment.
Another option for me could have been trying an 802.11n wireless to see if the signal was better. But since that is not yet a published industry standard, each vendor (DLink, Linksys etc) has they own flavor of it and so they are unlikely to work together well. So I'd probably have to completely retool my existing wireless which may be no better and may have the same problem with interference when my neighbors all move to it in a few years anyway. So I gave this a shot and I could not be happier.

The good: I have large hands and this works fine. The keyboard is very responsive as I have used it 3 years for gaming. I have tried others and come back to this.I've replaced the batteries in the keyboard twice, both time it was something silly.
The not so bad: The mouse on the other hard is hard on batteries, that being said, once again be reminded, I game extensively. Use rechargeable batteries, and save a fortune. It's the same mouse my 2006 Gateway came with stock, minus the cord.
I wish I could speak to the distance it will work from the receiver, but It's never left my desk. I get bored easily, and have built 3 computers, but still continue to use this 3 year old cheap wireless keyboard and mouse. THEY JUST WORK. Get you one. I use the same thing at work.

This is a very handy piece of hardware to have around if you fix computers and only have a VGA monitor. I bought one of these for my ex-gf's computer because she has a desktop with DVI out from the dedicated graphics, but only has a VGA monitor. This made it so that her and her son could use the faster dedicated GPU to play games, rather than with the integrated graphics.
The only thing that could have been better is if they sent the product in a bubble wrapped envelope. It came in just a thin plastic bag, which made the product more susceptible to damage. Luckily, it came in mint condition.

I bought these speakers originally to use with my IPod, and it works great. Now we use them any time we have the TV on to watch the game outside or listen to music from the stereo inside to the deck outside. These are great!! I highly recommend them. You can move each speaker into a different room if you want. You can take them anywhere! You can either plug them into an outlet or put batteries in them. Works through walls too. If you try and play music or the TV - one note of advice: make sure the volume is up loud enough to transmit the signal. You will know when it is loud enough when the green light on receiver is lit.

This is my first plasma HDTV purchase. The picture quality is fantastic. This is a NeoPDP panel (single pane of glass)
The panel thinness is still amazing to me. A screen this big and this thin looks crazy.
The sound is surprisingly good... the included speakers are also extremely thin. Not huge bass, but still very good for TV speakers.
The wireless feature is nice... especially for those who want a wall mount installation. You still have the option to use an HDMI cable from the separate tuner to the panel, if you like. I am using wireless, but on a stand. The stand has glass shelves. I have the tuner component on a lower shelf. Line of sight between transmitter and receiver, for the wireless, seems critical. This may be since I have the receiver almost directly over the transmitter.
The Viera Cast is nice, except I haven't been able to get the Amazon-On-Demand to play anything. It logs in and I can access content... nothing plays. I have contacted both Panasonic and Amazon... twice and have not received a comment from either. You Tube, Picassa, Weather Channel and Bloomberg all work well. Viera Cast could be a very nice feature if they can add more content... Vudu, Hulu, Netflix, etc. would be nice.
The THX picture setting option has a yellowish hue... this seems to be inherent in the THX settings that Panasonic is using.
Pros
Picture quality

I contacted Panasonic about the inability to stream Amazon VOD content. They were able to replicate the same problem on a TC-P54Z1 at their facility. Panasonic kept me posted via e-mail about their progress with this issue. A few days later, Panasonic tech support issued a firmware update that corrected the problem. Amazon VOD content now streams through Viera Cast. Very good customer support!

Apple iPod classic 160 GB Silver (6th Generation) OLD MODEL Review

**Before you read some of the negative reviews, please consider this was BEFORE the new firmware update 1.0.3 came out so unfortunately they had unresponsive clickwheels, itunes messing up etc. Also some people simply did NOT upgrade their firmware for whatever reason but A LOT of those problems have been fixed with the new firmware so UPGRADE YOUR FIRMWARE AS SOON AS YOU GET YOUR IPOD! It will make a BIG difference!**
Ok, on to the review..I just got my 80 gb ipod classic recently with a 3 year extended service plan, immediately got itunes version 7.5 and upgraded the firmware immediately to 1.0.3 which seems to have taken care of A LOT of bugs people have been reporting. It must have because I am not getting ANY of the problems other have reported such as laggy clickwheel, itunes freezing etc. The clickwheel is VERY responsive, only a light touch is needed and scrolling through cover art was very quick! No problems whatsoever with the clickwheel. I also have had no problems copying files to itunes and transferring them to my ipod. The ipod itself is a thing of beauty, love the non scratchable surface but the back of the ipod is where you can see all the fingerprints etc so get a good cover for it. The slimness of it is very sleek and heck this ipod just looks cool. I got the ipod up and running in no time after I transferred my music over. Love the search feature as well. There is a lot of features, settings and extra's. Heck I even like the clock.
PLEASE NOTE:TURN OFF & DON'T use the EQ (equalizer setting)if you want normal distortion free sound. I was using the EQ and wondered why a lot of my songs had distortion. I thought it was due to the bad sound everyone was talking about until I turned OFF the EQ. Upon turning the EQ off, the distortion vanished completely, the sound was just fine, pretty good in fact. It's a shame that you have to turn off the EQ settings to get good sound. Hopefully Apple will fix this with a firmware update.
I almost got one of the itouch ipods but the very limited space is what kept me from doing so. 80 gb is plenty of space for my music, a bit of videos etc. It might not have wifi or a touch screen but it's got tons of space for my music and that's what counts! I love my ipod classic, can't find much to be picky about except for the sound when EQ is enabled. It does exactly what it's supposed to, is easy to navigate, videos look crisp/great on it and most of all it holds a crapload of music. Just remember to upgrade your firmware to the newest version, disable EQ and invest in a good pair of headphones. One of the best things about the ipod classic is that because it has so much space, I don't have to worry about how many mp3's I put on it. I've never downloaded so many mp3's in my life! I literally put my entire collection of mp3's on it and still have tons of space left. Overall, I rate the ipod classic 80 gb (black)...absolutely superb.

With 80GB or 160GB of storage, iPod classic gives your music and video room to move. It also has plenty of energy (up to 40 hours of audio playback), good looks (a sleek, all-metal design), and a great personality (a brand-new interface with Cover Flow). In other words, iPod classic makes an ideal companion.
Cover Flow If a picture says a thousand words, think of what all the album art in your collection might say. With Cover Flow on iPod classic, you can flip through your music to find the album you want to hear. Use the Click Wheel to browse music by album cover, then select an album to flip it over and see the track list.
Music Use the Click Wheel to adjust volume, navigate songs, browse in Cover Flow, or explore the Music menu by playlist, artist, album, song, genre, composer, and more. Want to mix things up? Click Shuffle Songs. iPod classic makes your music look as good as it sounds, thanks to its big, bright, color display.
Movies Buy movies from the iTunes Store and you can sync them to your iPod classic to watch anywhere, anytime. The gorgeous 2.5-inch display makes your movies pop. And iPod classic keeps you entertained for up to 7 hours. Long flight or darkened room? Adjust the brightness for even more video playback time.
TV Shows There's always something good on iPod classic. Browse thousands of episodes of your favorite TV shows on the iTunes Store, buy them for just $1.99 each, then sync them to iPod classic. Watch last night's episodes this morning, or buy a whole TV series and play a pocket-size marathon.
Podcasts The iTunes Store features thousands of free video and audio podcasts, including indie favorites and offerings from such big names as ABC News, Comedy Central, ESPN, PBS, NPR, and many more. Browse and subscribe to podcasts, then sync them to your iPod classic. You can even play video podcasts on TV using an optional Apple component or composite AV cable.
Audiobooks The digital shelves of the iTunes Store are stocked with thousands of audiobooks--including exclusives like the entire Harry Potter series--so you can catch up on your reading wherever iPod classic takes you. iPod classic recognizes where you left off and bookmarks your place. You can even adjust the reading speed to suit you.
Games Put hours of fun at your fingertips. iPod classic comes with three games--Vortex, iQuiz, and Klondike--and you can download more from the iTunes Store for $4.99 each. All iPod games are designed specifically for the iPod interface. And all of them look great on the 2.5-inch color display.
Photos iPod classic holds up to 25,000 photos you can sync from your Mac or PC via iTunes. Use the Click Wheel to scroll through photo thumbnails the same way you scroll through song titles. To see a photo full screen, click the center button. You can even view photo slideshows--complete with music and transitions--on iPod classic or on a TV using an optional Apple component or composite AV cable.
Search With up to 40,000 songs on your iPod classic, you need an easy way to search your collection. A built-in search function lets you use the Click Wheel to type out the name of the song, artist, album, audiobook, or podcast you're looking for. iPod classic returns results instantly as you select letters.
Extras Calendars, contacts, and a clock appear in the Extras menu, along with a few more handy items. Take the screen lock, for example. Spin the Click Wheel to choose a four-digit combination and protect your iPod classic from prying eyes. If you forget your combination, just reset when you sync. Or use the built-in stopwatch to log your best times.

Apple iPod classic 120 GB Silver (6th Generation) Review

Apple iPod classic 120 GB Silver (6th Generation)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
The updated iPod Classic was probably the least exciting of the new iPods announced in the September 2008 update, but that does not mean it should be dismissed.
I own the 160 GB iPod Classic that has now been discontinued, but there are few differences (perhaps the biggest being the much slimmer shape of this 120 model), and I did get to check this updated 120 GB version out at the store, when picking up the new nano and touch.
Firstly, the 120 GB version is again smaller than the largest capacity available last year, but it is a single platter hard drive, which allows it to maintain the slim shape of the 80 GB version from last year. More storage, a hundred dollars less, and just as small. That is progress despite calls from others that the classic isn't exciting. It still serves its purpose as the original iPod idea. Big capacity in a simple to use device.
Next, the software has been slightly updated on the iPod Classic. It now includes Genius, like iTunes and the other new iPods. This allows you, when on a song you enjoy, to select the genius feature. The iPod will then compile a list of songs (playlist), which goes together with the original song you were listening to. This helps you rediscover music in your library, with a playlist to fit your mood at the time. I have been using the genius feature for a few days now, and it is impressive the way it compiles these playlists. I was skeptical, but overall, it does a good job. Furthermore, as another review mentioned, the iPod does seem more responsive with this update from what I saw at the store compared to my original 160 GB iPod Classic. Some speculation has been that the older iPod Classics will receive the software update of this new one, but I'm not holding my breath on that.
Overall, the original iPod concept was so good, and that is why the iPod Classic is still a solid choice for a music and media player. It will hold thousands and thousands of songs (up to 30,000 according to Apple at 128 bitrate). I also backup some important files to my iPod Classic, in disk mode, so that I have that additional extra copy of my most vital files. When you have such a large iPod, you can do that. It shouldn't be forgotten either that while the display of the iPod Classic isn't as good as the iPod Touch or iPhone, it is still quite good and you can play music videos, TV shows, and movies purchased on the iTunes Store.
Battery life for this new 120 GB model improved over the 80GB model from last year. Apple now estimates it at 36 hours audio and 6 hours video.
I'd recommend the iPod Classic without hesitation, to those who have more than 8 or 16 GBs of music in their iTunes library and want to carry their entire collection. Furthermore, if you have videos and video podcasts you want to always carry with you, again, you can't beat the storage. I have the lower capacity flash devices as well, but the big hard drive based iPod Classic continues to play an important role in my iPod Collection.

SVAT GX3000 Wireless Four Channel Analog Audio/Video Sender and Receiver Review

SVAT GX3000 Wireless Four Channel Analog Audio/Video Sender and Receiver
Average Reviews:

I bought this transmitter receiver to watch cable in a room with no line access. I placed the receiver about 15 feet away from the cable box and transmitter, and it still did not work. The best reception I got was by holding the receiver above my head as close to the door as possible - not practical for everyday use. In addition, answering the phone caused more static, a "flipping" screen, and crackling sound. Basically, if you do not have a wireless network or a cordless phone, and have direct line of sight between the units, this unit will probably work for you. I don't know anyone that falls in this category...

Innovage Wireless Headphones Review

Innovage Wireless Headphones
Average Reviews:

This does not work as a wireless headphone. When connected to my ipod less than 2 feet away the sound is garbled and cracky. It doesn't improve no matter how you maneuver the transmitter or the headphones or how far away you are. Once in a while I could actually hear for a few seconds what the person was saying on the podcast. Most of the time it was crackling and static. The FM transmitter does work though.
The "ergonomic" design is ridiculous. It's a one-size-fits-all non-adjustable headphone with the hardest plastic on earth possible. It goes around the back of your head and is very uncomfortable, especially on the ears.
