(More customer reviews)Within 2 weeks one of the earpieces was not working. The next week the otjer side went out.This was embarrasing since I had given this item as a Christmas present.
I believe the recipient has since sent it in for repairs or replacement, but it may be too soon to get a response.WE will wait and see.
